Project Academy is Mellofattura’s course platform for building real digital products with AI. Two courses are live, a third is in the studio, and every lesson sits on the same five-phase loop. The product is still in development — the curriculum is shipping while the platform grows around it.

The method

One cycle, five phases

The loop you repeat until the product is live. Every Academy course is built on it — AI Product Builder opens with this map.

Prototype

Make the idea testable before it gets expensive. A sketch, a flow, or a clickable loop — whatever answers the real uncertainty.

Generation

Hand the scoped brief to the model. The creator still owns the constraints; the agent writes inside them.

Refinement

Read what came back, cut what does not serve the first version, and send the next pass with a tighter contract.

Collaboration

Put the work in front of people. Separate observation from opinion, then decide what actually changes.

Publication

Ship the smallest version that delivers the value. Feedback from the live product starts the loop again.
