Our work - Things we have built.

A selection of web applications, native apps, and product engineering. Each one ran from discovery through launch, and several are still live and being maintained.

Case studies

Project Academy

Web Product, Education Platform

A course platform for building with AI, still in the studio

Shipped Project Academy as a live course platform: two open titles, a five-phase method, and a lesson player with module maps, quizzes, and projects.

The product is still in development. A third course is in the studio, and the curriculum keeps growing while students already start at Aula 1.

Academy is the studio teaching how we actually build: objectives instead of steps, limits on the agent, and the human in command — while the platform itself is still being written.

EvenBetter

Research, Agent Skills, Accessibility

Curated agent skills for iOS UX and accessibility

EvenBetter encodes SwiftUI and iOS accessibility guidance as curated agent skills: seventeen installable skills and forty-nine clauses. Planning, audit, validation, and repair all stay inspectable, with the developer in command.

Born as a Mackenzie graduation thesis with Daniela Flauto under Prof. Dr. Valéria Farinazzo Martins; accepted at JIIHC 2026 / 8WoSI² (Springer). Camera Ready in progress for the November presentation in Chile.

The point was never another checker. It was an interaction model where guidelines become procedures, evidence stays visible, and the developer keeps the final call.

Low Profile FC

Web Development, Motion Design, Brand Experience

An esports brand site with Motion-powered presence

Built the Low Profile FC brand site end to end: hero, roster with sound-on video, fixtures, Group C standings, and a scroll finale.

Shipped Motion + Motion+ choreography (Ticker, ScrambleText, AnimateNumber, Cursor, foil tilt) on Next.js 16 with media on Vercel Blob.

Low Profile FC is how we want brand sites to feel: sharp, loud in the right places, and engineered so every animation earns its keep.

Own Goal

Realtime Product, Game UI, Mobile Experience

Full web product + a mobile experience designed from zero

We built the entire Own Goal (Gol Contra) web product: lobbies, roles, votes, and tracks, realtime on Convex and Next.

Mobile was designed from zero for the phone, with its own information architecture and interactions instead of a responsive redirect of the desktop flows.

We shipped the whole night: the full web game first, then a mobile experience invented for the hand instead of borrowed from the desktop.

Weightics

iOS Development, Data Science & ML

A weight tracker that shows the trend, not the noise

Built the full iOS app: a twelve-algorithm trend engine, Swift Charts analytics, HealthKit sync, and seven-day projections that ship with their own confidence band.

Everything runs on the phone. SwiftData with iCloud sync, no server, no analytics, so the statistics that make the app useful never require sending data anywhere.

The number on the scale is mostly noise. The honest thing to build was the trend underneath it, with the confidence band left visible.

Zenoney

iOS Development, Product Design

Budgeting that stays calm

Designed and built the full iOS app: monthly budgets with automatic carryover, fast categorised entry, spending insights, and a dashboard that answers one question above the fold.

Shipped in English and Portuguese with locale-aware currency formatting, stored locally in SwiftData, with no account, no server, and no analytics SDK.

Most expense trackers are ledgers that make you feel behind. Zenoney is the other way round: one ring, one number, and a month that forgives the days you underspent.

VioletNova

Game Development, Python / Pygame, AI-assisted tooling

A solar-system arcade where each planet rewrites the physics

Shipped Cadet Violet and NOVA-22 through nine celestial bodies with real relative gravity, quizzes, dialogue, save systems, and Hold vs Flappy controls, all in Python and Pygame under the professor’s no-engines rule.

Started at the end of March 2025 to pressure-test Claude Code and Sonnet 3.7; Midjourney for some asset exploration; original Suno soundtracks and early ElevenLabs character lines. Visual identity and pixel art by Daniela Flauto.

The professor wanted Pygame only, no engines. So the brief became a playable solar system under that constraint, and a chance to see whether Claude Code could keep up while gravity, quizzes, and nine audio banks all landed in the same semester.
